By accessing or using the services provided by Idea Jet Lab, SIA ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Idea Jet Lab provides AI-powered software development, consulting services, and related digital products. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom SaaS application development
• AI avatar solutions
• AI strategy consulting
• Software maintenance and support

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and content created by Idea Jet Lab, remain our property. Upon full payment for custom development services, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are specified in individual project agreements or service contracts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idea Jet Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
